A tort is a wrong that you or someone else commits in a civil context. It is not a crime. So while we do not practice criminal law, we do prosecute and defend torts, which provide civil recovery for individual or collective injuries. We have a breadth of experience litigating plaintiff side cases that involve nursing home negligence, adverse vaccine events, and product liability.
